3 years ago we made the switch to being results focused. We came up with the AM I FIT 6 Week Challenge where we workout exactly where you are regarding your physical body composition ( Fit3D Body Scanner ). Then we sit down and come up with the best plan of attack to get you to your goals. 

We focus on the Three Pillars of Success - TRAINING - NUTRITION - ACCOUNTABILITY. It's ONLY when you have all three elements working together that you are able to unlock your full potential.
