How a typical group training workout runs:
- The certified AM I FIT Instructor will first welcome the new members and brief the group
- A fun warm up game/s are played followed by the essential stretches
- The instructor will then run through all the intended exercises for that session and complete demonstrations for each. There will be recommendations for equipment and guides to which weights should be chosen
- The main workout takes place. Guidance and motivation is continuous throughout all AM I FIT group training sessions
- Warm down exercises and stretches complete the session
